• Full payment is due by the agreed-upon time before image delivery.
• Failure to make payments on time may result in delays in receiving your images.

3. Image Usage

• Clients receive personal usage rights to the images. Commercial use or redistribution is prohibited unless agreed upon in writing.
• Noah Lollis Photography retains the right to use images for promotional purposes, including portfolios and social media, unless otherwise requested.

4. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to respect and credit Noah Lollis Photography when sharing images on social media by tagging @NoahLollisPhotography and or personal account.
• We cannot enforce crediting or tagging, but we highly appreciate your cooperation.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Cancellation policies and fees will be outlined in your specific agreement.

6. Liability

• Noah Lollis Photography is not liable for any issues beyond our control, including unforeseen weather conditions, third-party software problems, or client delay.

7. Modifications to Service

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service at any time without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Carolina.
